Meet Our Senior Pastor: Jeff Sargent

 

A Calling and a Journey of Service

 

Pastor Jeff first felt God's call to ministry in 1997. He began his journey by supplying pulpits across Grant County and the surrounding areas, gaining valuable experience in various church settings.

 

Education and Preparation

 

Committed to deepening his Biblical knowledge and ministerial skills, Pastor Jeff pursued rigorous education:

 

2004: Earned a bachelor's degree from Clear Creek Baptist Bible College.

 

2019: Completed a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

 

Ministry and Mission

 

Pastor Jeff has been faithfully serving his Lord Jesus Christ for the past twenty-eight years. Dry Ridge Baptist Church is the fourth congregation he has had the privilege of serving.

 

His passion is to lead our church family in worshipping God, growing in our faith, and sharing the transforming love of Christ with our community.
